Chesterfield Waterside Limited is an innovative public sector/private sector company established by Bolsterstone specifically for the delivery of the Chesterfield Waterside regeneration project. 

Jam Regeneration Ltd (‘Jam’) is a 50/50 joint venture company owned and resourced by Urbo Regeneration and Strata Homes. It provides a comprehensive approach to the regeneration of mixed-use sites in partnership with the Public Sector, including direct development of residential and commercial/industrial space.
