One of the groups sister companies, Urbo Regeneration, has completed an innovative Public /Private sector joint venture agreement with Bradford Metropolitan Borough Council for delivery of a residential led urban regeneration development of circa 100 acres. 

The deal completed in November 2010 and the first stage of the redevelopment, which will be delivered over the next 15 years, will be the production of a masterplan for the site, which is situated on the A650 Canal Road in Bradford. This plan will, following a public consultation process, form part of the emerging LDF proposals for the Bradford/Shipley area of the City.
